Kirti holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications. Her certifications include: Certified Scrum Master (CSM\u00ae), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Digital Six Sigma (6\u03c3) Black Belt, and Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae).
